Welcome to the first installation of Nik’s Notes on the market! I am fortunate to be a part of one of the best real estate companies on the Eastside at Windermere. We have a weekly office meeting where we discuss all the current market trends and activity we are seeing. I am also on a weekly conference call with agents all over the nation. Last week we had agents on from Hawaii, Virginia, Tennessee, New Mexico, and Nevada.
